The Ohio Valley Branch of the Eastern United States Pipe Band Association is creating two, $300 scholarships to be awarded to Ohio Valley players. The branch is able to make this offer thanks to the success of its virtual pipe band competition this past July,
The scholarships, which can be used for sessions at either the Ohio Scottish Arts School, or The Balmoral School of Piping and Drumming, will be presented at the conclusion of the 2021 Ohio Valley Competition. This will be be a virtual event, to be held March 26-28, 2021.
The Balmoral School of Piping & Drumming encourages all of our students, current and former, to register and participate in 2021 EUSPBA Ohio Valley Branch Virtual Competition in the coming year. You just might win a scholarship!
